2 cups silken tofu

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

½  teaspoon sea salt (optional)

¼ cup finely sliced fresh chives (optional)


Covered dish

Food processor or blender



  1. Blend the tofu and lemon juice in a food processor until smooth. 

  2. Transfer to a dish and stir in chives and salt, if using.

  3. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
