Renana’s kitchen adventure finally took root when she moved out of her parent’s house. Years passed before she became a so-called expert in the kitchen. Pinterest and Instagram helped to inspire her recipes. Of course, other bloggers lent a hand too!

All the recipes Renana whips up are vegetarian, some are vegan and gluten free as well. Alongside living a healthy lifestyle, she also bakes cookies and decadent cakes. Renana believes it’s important to have balance! You can see some of her delicious creations on her Facebook Page.

With only a few ingredients, you can whip these Vegan Mango Pineapple Coconut Popsicles. The only hard thing about this recipe is waiting for the popsicles to be fully frozen! They can be enjoyed anytime of year for those of us that enjoy frozen treats.

This recipe works just as well with fresh or frozen fruit, so you can enjoy these popsicles any time.

Renana’s Vegan Mango Pineapple Coconut Popsicles

2.5 cups mango and pineapple

0.5 cup coconut cream

12 tablespoons maple syrup


  1. Peel and chop the fruit.

  2. Add all the ingredients to a blender. Blitz until smooth. 

  3. Pour the mixture to popsicle molds.

  4. Freeze for 4 hours or overnight.

Variations for this recipe

Popsicles are infinitely adaptable. They are an ideal way of recycling the tired old bits left in your fruit bowl or freezer. Somehow, being frozen in a popsicle shape turns everything into a treat! 

People of all ages enjoy popsicles. They are an especially convenient way of increasing kids’ fruit intake. You can even add vegetables – try pineapple with spinach. Beetroot gives an amazing bright fuschia color, and raw cauliflower is fresh and light tasting. Just make sure you blend the mixture completely smooth. 

It is basically impossible to get popsicles wrong. If you prefer a much softer texture, try using only blended fruit. If you add, liquid, they will freeze harder. Choose from plant-based milk, fruit juice, or even water.
