2 ¼ cups oat flour (or blended oats)
¼ cup coconut oil, melted
¼ cup silan/date syrup
½ tsp cinnamon
1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
Dark chocolate chips
Pinch of sea salt
Combine all the ingredients besides the salt and chocolate chips.
Add half the chocolate chips and mix.
Once combined, press the dough onto a nonstick pan or a parchment paper lined freezer container. Freeze for a few minutes.
Meanwhile, melt the remaining chocolate chips in the microwave in 30 second increments, stirring occasionally. Stop when the chocolate is melted.
Remove the dough from the freezer and drizzle / spread the melted chocolate on top.
Sprinkle sea salt onto the melted chocolate.
Freeze for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Cut into squares and eat immediately, or store in the fridge or freezer.
